These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from Velox Hobby through veloxhobby.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms, subject always to mandatory rights under applicable local law.

Products and Information

Velox Hobby sells radio-control vehicles, spare parts, accessories, batteries, chargers and related hobby products. We aim to keep descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, photographs and prices accurate. Minor differences in colour, packaging or manufacturer revisions may occur. Manufacturer specifications may change without notice.

Orders and Availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee availability. If an ordered item is unavailable or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, Velox Hobby may contact the customer before fulfilment and, where appropriate, cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.

Prices and Payment

Prices are available on request — customers can request a quote for any product. Any applicable delivery charges are confirmed before the order is finalised. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization.

RC Product Use and Safety

RC vehicles and related products must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, age guidance and safety warnings. Customers are responsible for safe charging, storage and use of batteries, including LiPo batteries. Damage resulting from crashes, water exposure beyond a product's stated rating, misuse, improper charging, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation or normal wear is not treated as a manufacturing defect, without prejudice to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Spare-Part Compatibility

Compatibility information is provided to help customers select parts. Customers should check the model, version, scale and part number before ordering. If uncertain, please contact Velox Hobby before purchase.

Returns, Refunds and Defects

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces a mandatory consumer right.

Intellectual Property

The Velox Hobby name, branding and original website content may not be copied or used without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the region. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights and competent-authority jurisdiction remain unaffected.
