Return & Refund Policy

Velox Hobby follows the consumer-protection requirements applicable in the Middle East. Subject to applicable legal conditions, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date shown on the invoice. The product must be in its original condition. Nothing in this policy limits any stronger right or remedy available under applicable local law.

14-Day Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact Velox Hobby within 14 days from the purchase date shown on the invoice and provide the order number, invoice or other valid proof of purchase. Returned goods must be in their original condition, with the product, supplied accessories and other included items returned together, to the extent required by applicable law.

RC Cars, Electronics and Spare Parts

A product that has been crashed, physically damaged after delivery, improperly modified, incorrectly installed, misused, or exposed to conditions outside its stated specifications may no longer be in its original condition. This does not affect a customer's rights where the product itself was defective, non-conforming, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable local law otherwise provides a remedy.

Batteries

Batteries must be handled and charged according to manufacturer instructions. Swollen, punctured, crushed, overheated, short-circuited or improperly charged batteries should not be used or shipped without safety guidance. Where a battery is alleged to be defective, contact Velox Hobby before attempting to return it so that safe handling instructions can be provided.

Defective, Incorrect or Damaged-on-Arrival Products

If a product is defective, materially different from the order, incorrect, incomplete or damaged on arrival, contact Velox Hobby promptly. We may request photographs, video, packaging information or reasonable inspection to identify the issue. Any inspection process will not remove rights or remedies that the customer has under applicable local law.

Refund Method

Where a refund is due, Velox Hobby will normally process it back through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the capabilities of the payment provider. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after the refund has been issued.

Delivery Charges

The treatment of original delivery charges and any return-delivery costs will depend on the reason for the return and applicable local law. Where Velox Hobby supplied an incorrect or legally defective product, the customer's statutory remedies remain unaffected.
