Delivery Policy

Velox Hobby currently delivers orders across the Middle East. Available delivery options and any charges are confirmed with the customer before the order is finalised.

Delivery Options

Same-Day Delivery. Available where operationally possible and subject to the order time, delivery location, product availability, courier capacity and any product-specific transport restrictions.

Next-Day Delivery. Available for eligible orders and locations, subject to product availability, courier capacity and any product-specific transport restrictions.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless Velox Hobby expressly confirms otherwise. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, exceptional demand, address issues and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Order Processing and Availability

Orders are processed after payment and order verification. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Velox Hobby will contact the customer and provide the appropriate options, including a refund where applicable.

Delivery Address and Contact Details

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the relevant area, block, street and building/house details, together with a reachable telephone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

Recipient Availability and Failed Delivery

The customer or an authorized recipient should be available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted, or incorrect delivery details were supplied, Velox Hobby may arrange redelivery. Any additional courier charge will be communicated before redelivery where applicable and permitted by law.

Large and Oversized RC Products

Large-scale RC vehicles, ramps and other oversized or unusually heavy products may require special delivery arrangements. Any different or additional delivery charge will be disclosed before completion of the order or agreed with the customer before dispatch.

LiPo Batteries and Restricted Items

Lithium-polymer (LiPo) batteries and certain other products may be subject to transport and carrier safety restrictions. If the selected delivery method cannot safely or lawfully carry an item, Velox Hobby may contact the customer to arrange an appropriate alternative.

Checking Your Delivery

Customers should check the package and product promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact Velox Hobby as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and, where useful, photographs or video of the issue. This does not limit any rights available under applicable local law.
